El trabajo analiza todas las infracciones y sanciones que incluye la normativa de consumo de tabaco. El trabajo estudia las infracciones y sanciones de la nueva normativa sobre consumo de tabaco, poniendo especial atención a los ilícitos relativos a establecimientos públicos y la interpretación de los diferentes tipos de infracción. The study examines the violations and sanctions of the new regulations on tobacco consumption, with special attention to the illicit ones concerning public establishments and the interpretation of the different types of infraction.
